Village of Fort Recovery - Electric Aggregation Electric Aggregation letters are starting to go out so watch for yours! The Village of Fort Recovery has recently awarded a renewal contract for the electric aggregation program. Energy Harbor will be the new electric supplier at a rate of $0.0499 per kWh through the December 2024 meter read. The current supplier is Dynegy at a rate of $0.0488 per kWh; this contract will expire October 31, 2021. You will begin to see Energy Harbor on your January AES bill. Anyone who is currently in the aggregation program with Dynegy will automatically be switched to the new contract with Energy Harbor - NO action is required. If you are currently in the aggregation program, but wish to opt-out, you must contact Energy Harbor at 866-636-3749 before November 8, 2021 to do so. If you are currently under a contract with a different supplier or you are not in a contract at all, you are eligible to enroll in the aggregation program but it will require you to contact Energy Harbor at the number listed above . Be sure to have your AES bill when you call so you can give them your account number to sign up or to opt-out. If you have a contract with a different supplier, you may want to check with them before enrolling with Energy Harbor to ensure there are no fees if you terminate your contract with them. Saturday May 15, 2021 All trash must be curbside by 5am This service is for Fort Recovery Residents only! Please do not allow non-residents to bring items to your home. PLEASE NOTE All smaller debris must be boxed or bundled. Appliances and other metal items will be picked up. A limit of 2 large furniture items per household. *Additional furniture items require a tag which may be purchased at the village office at: 201 S. Main Street. Items that will NOT be picked up: Tires, concrete items,bricks or rocks, yard waste, tree limbs, railroad ties, wet paint cans and items longer than 6'. Your trash bag fees help fund this one day event provided by Mahargs Trash Service.
