Shelter House Rentals
Our parks are a great place to host your next gathering! We have five shelterhouses throughout our parks which can be rented for $30 per day. Our three-season, Cooper Brothers Community Pavilion, is our newest rentable facility and can be rented for $150 per day.
Community Park has two separate shelter houses that are 24' x 48' and have eight picnic tables to be utilized for gatherings. Both are very close to the restrooms, playground and court areas and have direct access to the recreational trail. With plenty of parting available and vinyl sides that drop down to protect from wind or weather, either shelter house is a great location for a family outing.

Cooper Brothers Community Pavilion
This 2,400 square foot enclosed shelter house was opened in 2019 and consists of a large main gathering room that will hold 125 people. The pavilion also has restrooms, a kitchenette area that contains a freezer, refrigerated cooler, microwave and sink. It is equipped with video equipment for playing family videos or watching a big game! The building consists of seven roll up windows providing an outside feel for nice days and has heaters to take off the chill in cooler weather. The pavilion can be used for company meetings, family reunions, gratuation parties or anything you need, up to the capacity. There are also 2 playgrounds, basketball courts and the Ambassador pool nearby.
The Village of Fort Recovery is located in beautiful rural Mercer County, Ohio, yet is within easy reach to many metropolitan areas in Ohio and Indiana.
